Wavezee provides expert marine engine consultancy and sells genuine marine engine spare parts, including those from leading brands like Caterpillar. Our services include, but are not limited to, providing technical advice, sourcing spare parts, and fulfilling orders placed through our Site or directly with our team.

2. User Obligations

By using our Site and services, you agree to:

Provide accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when filling out contact forms, requesting quotes, or placing orders. You are responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate information.
Be of legal age: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site and to place any orders.
Comply with laws: You agree to use our services and products for lawful purposes only and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates.

Order acceptance: Your submission of an order does not signify our acceptance. Acceptance of your order is confirmed when we send you a written confirmation (e.g., via email or WhatsApp) that your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
4. Payments

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED or other agreed-upon currencies. By submitting your payment details, you represent that you are the authorized user of the payment method. Your payment information is processed securely through a third-party payment gateway, and we do not store your full credit card details on our servers. You must retain a copy of your transaction records and our policies.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They may vary based on product availability, customs procedures, and shipping location. We will not be liable for any delays beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss: The risk of loss and title for all products purchased from the Site passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Shipping charges: Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout or included in your official quotation.
6. Returns and Refunds

Damaged or incorrect parts: If you receive a damaged or incorrect part, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the item at no additional cost to you, provided the part is in its original, unused condition.
General returns: Returns for reasons other than damage or incorrect shipment are subject to our approval and may incur a restocking fee. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition.
Refund process: Refunds will be processed after we have received and inspected the returned item. The refund amount will be credited to the original method of payment.
7. Intellectual Property

The content on the Site, including all text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Wavezee FZ-LLC and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wavezee, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products or services in question.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
